Sadly this is not true.
There are many dangers to human health that have been associated with bats. In addition to the potential for rabies, histoplasmosis, and unpleasant odors, Bats carry ectoparasites, such as bat bugs and bat ticks. These “lice” may enter the living space of a structure in search of an alternate host.
